    Forum Lviv will comprise 36.000 m2 of modern retail and leisure space, and is located in the northern part of the city centre, just a short distance from the city’s main square and famous Opera House.

    The city of Lviv has played an important role in the cultural and economical development of this region over the last centuries, which is reflected in its marvellous and rich historical architecture. Most of the city centre is now UNESCO listed. The project is in this protected area and spans some 2,3 hectares of land. Historically the site and surrounding area have had various functions in the past.

    Multi accepted the challenge to create something unique and viable by bringing a mix of new and modern retail formats to the city, while carefully fitting the project into the historical 19th century fabric of the surrounding district. The concept envisages a design style that focuses on using traditional materials like brick and natural stone, found in Lviv’s historical architecture, applied in a modern way. Furthermore the project will have an elevated platform structure in front, providing an iconic function.

    The project will consist of a two-storey shopping centre topped by a level containing a cinema, leisure facilities and restaurants that overlook the city. The project will also have a parking garage of 620 places to serve the project and city centre.
